Wang Fangwen, from Xi’an, China, contemporary Silk Road wandering poet, distinguished professor of the Modern College of Northwest University. member of the Chinese Writers Association, contracted poet of China Poetry Network. Served as president of the Silk Road International Poets Federation, president of the International Poetry Committee of the United Nations World Silk Road Forum, director of the Silk Road Poetry Research Center of Northwest University, editor-in-chief of World Poets Magazine, and editor-in-chief of China Cultural Exchange Magazine. Won the 2017 China Top Ten Contemporary Poets Award, the 2019 Russian Pushkin Poetry Award, the 2019 China Poetry Spring Festival Gala First Prize, the Second Boao International Poetry Festival Annual Poet Award, the 42nd World Poets Conference Honorary Doctor of Literature, the Tenth China Poetry Spring Festival Gala Top Ten Wandering Poets Award, the First Chang’an Du Mu Poetry Award Ancient Rhyme New Style Award and many other awards. Wrote 12 literary works including poetry collections Sun Rain, Silk Road Goose Shadow, Silk Road Rainbow Shadow, Ear of the Earth and so on. Her poems and essays have been published in dozens of domestic and foreign magazines and newspapers, including Poetry Selection, Poetry Forest, Green Wind, Grassland, Yalu River, Chinese Poetry Magazine, Chinese Poets, World Poets, Contemporary Poets, Overseas Digest, China Culture Daily, Writers’ Daily, European Poets, and the American Comprehensive News.
